What a Consultation Looks Like

Once you have confirmed your appointment, you will have to fill out a new client form and you will receive a booking confirmation email. The day before your appointment you will receive a reminder email and SMS. You are required to pay the full fee after your appointment.

Jasmine loves to get to know her clients and allows for 1-hour initial and review consultations. In her experience, longer session times allow Jasmine and her clients to build a strong therapeutic relationship and have more time to work on goals together.

During a consultation Jasmine will write down your overall goals, what topics were covered in your session, any additional resources and what the next steps are until your next appointment. All of this will be sent to you via email so you have it for record (and saves you trying to remember everything!). The number of appointments you require will depend on your goals.

Jasmine also ensures all her clients are able to contact her between appointments if they have any questions or concerns. Being supported is what Jasmine feels is most important through any kind of journey.
