Hey there! I’m Jasmine, otherwise known as the Unordinary Dietitian.

 

Dieting can be a rollercoaster of emotions. Maybe you’ve tried it all—obsessive calorie counting, fad diets and even cutting out entire food groups. None of it seems to work, and before you know it, you're trapped in a cycle. I've been there, and I've seen it happen to many wonderful humans. That's why I've dedicated myself to helping you break free from the cycle of dieting.

 

In my cosy corner of Melbourne or through Telehealth appointments, we'll create a safe space where you can explore the origins of your thought processes and actions. Why do you feel the way you do? What's driving those emotions and how did this come to be? Together, we'll work on building a more balanced and positive relationship with both food and your body.

I know what you're thinking. You're a 'diet'itian, Jasmine, so aren't you supposed to put me on some sort of strict eating plan? But let me tell you, my approach is anything but ordinary. While the word "diet" might be part of my title, my philosophy is all about embracing food, not fearing it. I believe in nourishment, not punishment. I’m here to guide you towards a positive and balanced relationship with both your food and your body.

 

My goal is to help you discover what works best for you and your unique needs. There are no one-size-fits-all solutions here. Whether it's experimenting with new recipes, finding mindful eating techniques or simply learning to love yourself a little more, I'll work closely with you to understand your individual desires and challenges.

 

If you've ever felt like you needed someone who actually gives a f*ck about what you're going through, I'm here for you. We'll explore different aspects of your health, prioritising what matters to you. And no, you won't be judged for having a cupcake (or two)! Let's make peace with our plates, shall we?
